What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payments through Paypal with all major credit cards. Once you checkout your items, you will be redirected to Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, there is a link that allows you to pay directly with your credit or debit card.

How do you ship merchandise?
A. All products are shipped through United States postal service. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, and 2-5 business days for standard shipping. (USPS delivers on Saturdays) Shipping orders will be delayed during the Holidays. Holiday orders will be shipped out on January 3rd, 2019.
B. For all shipments, once a tracking number is generated and shipped out, the product is under sole responsibility through the postal service. Please contact the postal service for any lost or damaged packages.
Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship international. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. All international shipping takes 3-12 business days for shipping. All products are shipped Standard International through United States Postal Service.
B. International orders duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
How can I track my order?
A. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been shipped via USPS.
Can I return my order?
A. We do not allow returns on any items. All sales are final. Exchanges can only be made on the same item at the same value, with approval from email@example.com, but the item must be brand new and will be inspected prior to approval for exchange. Exchanges are only within 30 days of arrival date of product. Thank you for shopping with us.
I tracked my exchange, and it says that it has been delivered to you but I have not received any confirmation. How long does it take to process an exchange?
A. We will process your return or exchange within 2-3 business days. Once we have processed your return or exchange we will send you a confirmation to your email. It may take 3-7 business days for you to see the refund reflected on your bank account.
What do I do if I receive the wrong items?
A. We generally do not ship out wrong merchandise, but if you happen to receive something other than what you ordered, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number and the items you purchased. If indeed we are at fault, we will send a shipping label to return the item(s), and exchange it for the correct merchandise.
What if my billing is different from my shipping address?
A. The shipping address will be the billing address/shipping address provided through the PayPal page. Please make sure your address from the freebandz.com check out matches address you input on Paypal.
