How do you ship merchandise?
A). All orders are subject to processing of 3-7 business days. That is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier ( USPS, FEDEX ect.). Depending on a number of factors, domestic and international orders may take up to 2-5 business days for standard shipping (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
B). For all shipments, once a tracking number is generated and shipped out, the product is under sole responsibility through the postal service. Please contact the postal service for any lost or damaged packages. FBG Shop does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier/postal service. We do also have the option to purchase extra insurance through ROUTE at check out to insure your packages.
C). If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items have gone out of stock; we will go ahead and ship the available item(s) and issue you a store credit refund for the out of stock items..
D). Any concerning inquiry must be made within 7 days of when your item was delivered according to the tracking. Any inquiry made after the 7 days will not be honored.
Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship international. All products are shipped Standard International through United States Postal Service. Rates vary on destination and weight of package.
B. International orders duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
How can I track my order?
A. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel, change, or return my order?
A). No orders can be edited once you have placed the order.
B). No credits or refunds will be issued for shipping fees.
C). Any order sent back without our approval will not be refunded or returned back to the customer.
D). All orders flagged as being potentially fraudulent by our system will be canceled.
E). Orders can only be canceled for a store credit refund.
F). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Returned to sender packages
If your package was returned back to us due to an insufficient address, we will reach out to you via email that is on file. You have two options:
A). Pay a $12 re-shipping invoice that would be sent via email.
B). Receive a store credit for the items purchased minus the original shipping fee.
FINAL SALE POLICY. We have implemented health and safety measures to ensure a safe delivery of orders in compliance with Covid-19 restrictions. However we can't ensure customers making returns or exchanges are taking the same precautions as we are. For that reason, we are suspending ALL returns and exchanges at this time.

Billing + Shipping
How does shipping work?
We ship to the address provided through checkout with USPS. For privacy and safety, we will be unable to modify the ship to address once your order is placed. The billing address must match the one listed on the credit or debit card. If they do not match, the order will be cancelled immediately. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Please be sure to provide an exact address including the apartment or suite number if applicable. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated to re-delivery. Once the package is accepted by the freight company, all questions can be forwarded to them using your tracking number.
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the dates indicated in the product description. Orders containing a pre-order item and an in-stock item will ship together according to the pre-order date. Once your order is processed and packed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
